How do you describe yourself?
I’m a songwriter, producer, engineer, keyboardist, guitar player, and DJ. I’ve released my first album titled The Inseparable.
What have been some of your biggest accomplishments in the music industry?
I’ve had some amazing career accomplishments. I’ve been able to work with some of the biggest names in the music industry. In my opinion, one of the most challenging accomplishments would have been in the late 2000’s when I was signed to Rockstar Records. I was released from that label and had to start from scratch. It was a difficult time. That said, there was a lot of great music created at that time and I’m lucky enough to have a piece of the pie for myself.
What are some of the biggest challenges you face in this industry?
For me, it’s always been the process of trying to get to the top. I’m very passionate about creating and developing. I’m also looking for opportunities that are out of the box. It’s a fun and exciting place to be.
What’s the biggest change in the music industry since the late 2000s?
There has been an incredible shift in the music industry since the late 2000’s. I think the good and bad is the same now as it was back then. You’ve got young artists coming into the game creating the same shit. You also have the same established artists not experimenting. We’re all just looking to get by. So, yes, there has been an incredible change in the music industry.
What are some of your biggest influences?
I’m a big fan of The Beatles, U2, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Johnny Cash, Common, Willie Nelson, Bob Marley, Led Zeppelin, and many, many others.
What was it like meeting artists like Kanye and Chance?
It’s been amazing meeting some of the biggest artists in the world. I’ve worked with a few of them including Kanye and 0b46394aab
