Ghosts can be captured at any time and dropped as prisoners. They can be found in similar ways as zombies, but they are not as common, and are usually placed in more dangerous areas. Prisoners can be attacked to get the most drops, though they will also be able to drop XP scrolls and gold gnomes. Unlike zombies, ghosts can be dropped at any level, and they do not make baby ghosts.
When a monster spawns, it will generally move in a direction of highest interest to the monster. The direction of interest to the monster is determined by the level of the monster, with the higher level monster having a higher interest in higher level items.
Some maps require that you have a backpack to spawn, or are otherwise inaccessible to player characters. These spawners can sometimes be found in secret areas within the map. The alternate method for finding them is to teleport to the area, and simply walk around until one of the monsters pop up. You can even do it while you're standing on a spawner, so you don't need to leave your current location. If you do it that way, you will have to manually click on the monster for them to pop up, so be ready to press the attack button as soon as they appear.
The upshot is that when you create a zombie farm, you want to make it so that if a zombie is turned into a villager, it's not a villager anymore. Essentially, to make sure zombies that are turned into villagers don't attack the player, you want to turn them into zombies again.
In the long run, you want to have a farm that will turn zombies into villagers. The problem with this is that if you have a really good zombie farm, there's a chance the villagers might attack you when they see you enter the room, which is fatal if you're trying to turn them into mines.
Here is a video tutorial that shows some people getting a zombie villager farm working:
First time I attempted to create a zombie farm, I tried making a command-block-based farm that would dump a ton of zombies into a single room, and then have a command-block-based farm that would turn them into villagers. The problem with this is that the zombies would still try to attack the player when they got turned into villagers, which means they'd need to be your friends or something.
2. When you're in a Zombie Invasion, you can press F3 to select different zombies to shoot at your target, at the cost of losing a lot of time. This is useful for when you're locked on a mob, like an Enderman, because the mobs are constantly spawning and you don't want to deal with them.
To support this new feature, Convoy will now download and install a missing modification to a player's server each time a player joins a convoy session. For instance, if a server does not have a MOD installed to support Convoy, a user will have the option to download and install the needed modification from the server when they join the convoy session. 827ec27edc
